Level 1 Usui Reiki
There are many different types of Reiki that one can train in. For example, Mikao Usui developed Usui Reiki in Japan after having a moment of enlightenment. It's a relaxation technique that allows the body to heal while the Reiki practitioner performs different hand positions for energy to flow through the practitioner to the client to optimize the healing.
7 Chakras
To understand the flow of energy, you have to understand the purposes of the 7 main chakras and the minor ones. When working with energy, you can help the chakras open and flow to allow the body to heal.
First 2 Reiki Symbols
In Level 1 Reiki, you will be introduced to 3 symbols that you can utilize during practice to assist with the energy flow. The "Power" symbol, and the "Mental/Emotional" Symbol.
Spiritual Growth
There are many parts of the human being, for example, the Mind, Body, Emotions, and Spirit. Reiki helps work with the physical and spiritual energies of a person. After Attunement and working with Reiki, you will see your own spiritual growth occur.
Pendulum Work
A pendulum is a great tool that you can use to assess the bio-energy field. You can discover weak points and places that may have too much energy built up. We will go over how to use the pendulum and assess the minor and major chakras.
Bio-Energy Field
We will discuss and go over the different types of energy fields and their effects on the body.
