The Body

 
Your body is truly an amazing organism! It's like no other on the face of our planet. If you wish to have a healthy lifespan you must take care of your body. This ranges from exercise to nutrition. Remember that your body is the physical source of your well-being. It's your temple that hosts your spirit and soul. Point blank, if you don't take care of your body you cannot optimize the fullness of your life.

"Do you not know that your bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own." 1 Corinthians 6:19

So how do we heal the body?

I believe that the body was meant to heal itself! However, that may not be as simple as it sounds. If we want our bodies to operate this way then we have to give it what it needs to do so. To aid our bodies we must eat food that is wholesome, fresh, non-tainted (like organic), drink plenty of non-toxic water, be active, get sun exposure, spend time outdoors and so much more!
